Senior Brand Manager

We are looking for a
Senior Brand Manager
to serve as the strategic link between the brands we distribute and the markets we sell to. This role is central to ensuring that each brand is represented consistently and effectively across all consumer touchpoints, while driving growth and visibility in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation:
  Oversee how partner brands are presented across social media, retail environments, and digital platforms.
• Market Interface:
  Act as the primary liaison between brand headquarters and the local market, ensuring smooth communication through weekly reports and regular calls.
• Growth Strategy:
  Develop and execute strategies to expand brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty.
• Retail Excellence:
  Manage in-store branding, merchandising, and promotional activities to maximize visibility and sales performance.
• Performance Tracking:
  Deliver weekly performance reports, analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and campaign effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, marketing, and retail teams to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of social media, retail marketing, and consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
