About the location:
Bathed in natural light, our seaside Hotel cascades down a hillside toward the Atlantic. Our Oceanfront sanctuary offering a resort-like atmosphere minutes from the city's key business districts and cultural landmarks opened in November 2015, and has 186 rooms, 3 food and beverage outlets including a grill & seafood restaurant, a modern Moroccan lobby lounge serving exquisite tea times and a poolside restaurant famous for its Sundays barbecues, an outdoor pool with private poolside cabanas, fitness center, and a stunning spa offering bespoke treatments that pay tribute to ancestral beauty techniques and ancient Moroccan traditions at Le Spa.
- Answers phone & chat inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with business centre, high-speed Internet service, telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Ensure wake up requests are accurately recorded and delivered without fail.
- Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. property management, paging and radio systems), high-speed Internet system and facsimile machines.
- Monitors and responds to hotel fire control panel and emergency and safety situations in an efficient and professional manner.
- Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner.
