Votre défi en tant que Project Manager Déploiement Partage FTTH :

Au sein d'Orange Maroc, vous serez responsable de piloter et coordonner les projets de partage d'infrastructure avec les autres opérateurs, en assurant le bon déroulement des actions techniques, financières et administratives liées.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Pilotage de projets :

-Gérer les projets de mutualisation d'infrastructure (déploiement, migration, mise à disposition, etc.) avec les opérateurs partenaires.

-Suivre l'avancement des projets selon les objectifs définis (qualité, délais).

-Coordonner et suivre les KPI avec d'autres directions ( DO, Whosale, .. )

-Animer les réunions de suivi avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

  • Suivi de la facturation :

-Assurer le traitement, la validation et le suivi des factures liées aux projets de partage.

-Collaborer avec les équipes financières pour garantir l'exactitude des montants et des flux facturés.

  • Pilotage et Préparation des reporting :

-Préparer les supports des comités de pilotage et de coordination (états d'avancement, KPI, alertes, décisions à prendre).

-Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction.

Votre profil :

  • Formation :
    Bac +4/5 en télécommunications, génie réseau, ou gestion de projet.
  • Expérience
    : à partir de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement télécom.
  • Langues :
    Arabe, français, anglais.

Vos atouts :

  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet (planning, coordination, suivi).
  • Connaissance des environnements télécoms et des enjeux liés au partage d'infrastructures.
  • Rigueur dans le suivi budgétaire et la facturation.
  • Capacité à synthétiser et à produire des supports de présentation clairs et percutants.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à interagir avec différents interlocuteurs (techniques, financiers, direction).
