Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager – Event Management based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will oversee event planning, logistics, and execution for WeBook's projects and partners. They will coordinate between internal departments (sales, marketing, tech, and customer service) and external stakeholders (event organizers, venues, sponsors) to ensure successful delivery of all live and digital events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee onsite operations, including setup, vendor management, and real-time problem-solving to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and technical teams to align event goals with overall business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively address any risks or changes.
  • Prepare event documentation, including project plans, reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across all touchpoints.
  • Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve event operations and enhance attendee experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Agile, or Event Management certification is a plus.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or event management (preferably in live events, ticketing, or entertainment industries).

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale or multi-city events.
  • Experience collaborating with event organizers, production teams, and technical partners.
  • Strong understanding of timelines, deliverables, and risk management in event contexts.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or ).
  • Excellent command of English and French (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Availability to travel regionally for event site visits and execution.
  • Passion for events, teamwork, and operational excellence.
