Nous recherchons un/une Business Support Specialist hautement organisé et proactif pour gérer nos opérations de bureau et fournir un soutien essentiel en back-office à notre équipe de Vente & Marketing. Le candidat idéal sera un joueur d'équipe avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et un sens aigu du détail.

Responsabilités:

Rattachée au Country Manager du Maroc, vos principales missions seront de:

  • Veiller au bon déroulement du cycle de vente : depuis la réception de la commande du client, jusqu'à sa livraison
  • Assurer l'interface entre les clients et le back office
  • Préparer les devis et les contrats commerciaux
  • Assurer l'assistance commerciale nécessaire pour les commerciaux sur le terrain et le suivi des consommations clients
  • Gérer la facturation avec le supply chain manager
  • Suivi des lancements des appels d'offres et travailler les offres techniques et administratives
  • Aider avec des activités de marketing
  • S'occuper de tout l'aspect administratif ainsi que de la gestion des bureaux

Profil recherché:

Personne polyvalente avec de grandes capacités d'adaptation, sérieuse, serviable, organisée et structurée à la recherche d'un poste stable :

  • Bac+3 à 5 d'une grande école de commerce
  • Expérience probante dans un poste similaire dans le matériel médical idéalement dans la néphrologie
  • Maitrise de l'outil informatique
  • Bonne gestion du temps et du stress
  • La connaissance de la cible serait un atout considérable.
  • La maitrise de l'anglais est requise
