About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of a major automotive distribution project in Morocco. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a multinational environment, providing comprehensive HR operational and strategic support to ensure business excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-oriented approach to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Ensure HR operations comply with Moroccan labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee and maintain employee data accuracy in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Conduct audits to identify and resolve HR data inconsistencies.
- Support HR initiatives in performance management, engagement, and diversity programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and implement best practices.
- Coach and mentor junior HR Business Support team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in HR operations or HR business partnering, ideally within a multinational or industrial context.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations management.
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills using HR metrics and data tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
