Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development & Sales Expert to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in targeted educational markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to educational institutions and building strategic partnerships within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new school clients
 - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
 - Identify and engage with potential channel partners and resellers
 - Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations
 - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
 - Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
 - Represent the company at educational conferences and industry events
 - Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns and materials
 - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM
 - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends
 
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Tech or SaaS
 - Demonstrated success selling to schools, preferably international or private institutions
 - Experience with consultative selling approaches and complex sales cycles
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills
 - Ability to build and maintain relationships with education stakeholders
 - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
 - Experience with CRM systems and sales process documentation
 - Willingness to travel within assigned region and meet clients
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales & consulting
 - Experience selling enterprise software solutions
 - Multilingual capabilities relevant to target region
 - Knowledge of international education systems and structures
 - Previous success with channel partner development
