We are a growing tech company offering an AI-powered tools with our platform that helps educational institutions.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development & Sales Expert to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in targeted educational markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to educational institutions and building strategic partnerships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new school clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
  • Identify and engage with potential channel partners and resellers
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Represent the company at educational conferences and industry events
  • Collaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns and materials
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Tech or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success selling to schools, preferably international or private institutions
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with education stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales process documentation
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region and meet clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in sales & consulting
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • Multilingual capabilities relevant to target region
  • Knowledge of international education systems and structures
  • Previous success with channel partner development
