Role Overview:

We are looking for a Supplier Sourcing Specialist based in Morocco. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and monitor performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier compliance and service standards.
  • Track market trends and supplier capabilities to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of transportation or mobility services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
