JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Specialist, New Models oversees marketing campaigns and execution for one of our global new models suppliers. This will include development of marketing plans specific to this segment and development of programs to support the global business plan. With a strong understanding of demand generation tactics, you will have previously planned and executed campaigns that target and nuture specific personas to leads, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. You will work closely with the Product Marketing and Commercial Sales teams in the development and implementation of campaigns. You will develop and maintain a high level of rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Activities
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Assist in execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, communication, and digital marketing to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget.
Provide campaign execution tracking, can communicate next steps, and manage timelines with internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee the payment process for supplier/partner activities/funding/budgets in Arrow systems.
Serve as the point of contact for all stakeholders involved in marketing projects and recruiting, including internal teams and external vendors.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project briefs/proposals, status reports, and presentations.
Measure and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing and project management and apply best practices to projects.
Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
Ensure that active campaign trackers are kept current with all relative information pertaining to projects.
Collaborate with local marketing teams and be point-of-contact for marketing activities internally for the supplier.
Development of partner GTM plan to ensure continued adoption of supplier products by Commercial partners.
Plan and execute successful demand generation campaigns globally.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The candidate should as a minimum have the following experience:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Minimum 2 years in a channel marketing role preferable
Demand generation experience, holding KPIs for lead generation
Experience in planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns internationally.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects at one time
Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written
Qualities
Ability to transform business goals and plans into marketing activities
Strong project management skills
First rate communication and presentation skills, and experience of interacting with different areas of the business
Skills
Fluent in English
Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
