Nous recherchons un Operations Success Specialist pour rejoindre une plateforme digitale en pleine croissance.
Le rôle consiste à assurer la coordination des opérations, accompagner les nouveaux partenaires et garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide.
Missions
- Coordination des activités quotidiennes.
- Suivi de la qualité des profils et contenus.
- Gestion des incidents (paiements, validations, mises à jour).
- Intégration des nouveaux partenaires et vérification des documents.
- Support proactif durant les premières semaines.
- Participation temporaire à la prospection en phase de lancement.
Profil recherché
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en opérations / onboarding / support.
- Maîtrise des outils digitaux (CRM, Google Workspace, Notion, WhatsApp Business).
- Bonne communication, organisation, rigueur.
- Autonomie et capacité à travailler 100 % à distance.
