Role Overview :

We are looking for a
High Mileage Test Leader
to manage and optimize vehicle endurance testing operations. In this role, you will:

• Lead subcontractor activities and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of technical milestones.
• Drive the global mileage plan and oversee PIV and fleet testing.
• Manage defect analysis and resolution, ensuring accurate reporting to project teams.
• Consolidate mileage indicators and prepare progress reports.

What you will do :

Manage the Global Mileage Plan

• Take ownership of the mileage plan and forecast schedule.
• Ensure robustness of data (technical maturity and planning) for decision-making.
• Launch tests under defined conditions.
• Apply test protocols and techniques to guarantee quality and deadlines.
• Respect mileage plan, schedule, and budget.
• Adapt the plan according to constraints and priorities.
• Consider reactivity needs for mileage, quality, emergencies, etc.
• Provide and monitor consumables (fuel, tires, parts).

Manage Mileage Execution

• Validate test setup files (profiles and associated parameters).
• Oversee mileage execution (minimize downtime).
• Ensure compliance with standards, ranges, and safety.
• Prioritize and organize upgrades and analyses.
• Participate in progress meetings.

Defect Management

• Validate root causes and severity.
• Decide analyses to perform.
• Validate associated actions and deliverables.
• Create and share defect sheets in Stellantis tools (SPARTE, Foundry, PLM).
• Monitor defect resolution and reporting.

Reporting and Progress Reviews

• Prepare and share summary reports and indicators within agreed timelines.
• Track defect status and communicate updates.

What You'll Bring :

• Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Engineer with 5–7
  years of experience.
• Strong background in
  mileage testing management.
• Proficient in the following tools (SharePoint, SPARTE, Foundry, PLM).
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to synthesize.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience in subcontractor management.
• Frequent travel between Casablanca, Kenitra, and Oued Zem is required.
