We're looking for a Content & Creative lead to own SkyPay's visual identity and storytelling across social, digital, and field campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.

Role overview

You'll work directly with the founding team to:

  • Translate strategy into narratives
  • Turn ideas into scripts, formats, and concepts
  • Decline those concepts into online content and offline activations that feel real, local, and human

Key responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into simple, effective messaging
  • Define and produce content formats (Reels, posts, stories, posters, flyers)
  • Write captions and short scripts in Darija and French
  • Coordinate content production with a videographer and field team
  • Manage and publish content across social platforms
  • Ensure consistency of tone and message across all touchpoints
  • Test, learn, and iterate based on real-world feedback

Profile we are looking for

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment
  • Interest in startups, fintech, or product launches
  • Good understanding of local Moroccan context and consumer behavior
  • Experience in startups is a plus, but not required.
