Mission principale :

Accompagner et assister dans la coordination entre les équipes Sales et Operations, avec un focus sur les services de conciergerie et de nettoyage. Ce poste est idéal pour un profil junior ambitieux à qui l'on souhaite offrir une montée en compétence rapide dans la gestion de projets.

Responsabilités :

  • Suivre et assister dans la coordination entre l'équipe Sales et l'équipe Operations.
  • Participer à la planification et au suivi des projets liés aux services de conciergerie et de nettoyage.
  • Aider à préparer les rapports d'avancement et le suivi des KPIs.
  • Assurer une bonne communication entre les équipes et remonter les difficultés au manager.
  • Contribuer à l'organisation de réunions et au suivi des tâches.
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus internes.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme Bac+2/ Bac+3 en gestion de projet, management, commerce ou équivalent.
  • Première expérience (stage ou alternance) en coordination d'équipe ou gestion de projet est un plus.
  • Curiosité, organisation et envie d'apprendre.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication (orale et écrite).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler en équipe.
  • Maîtrise de base des outils bureautiques et de gestion de projet (Excel, Trello, Notion…).
