Position Overview

Cleverlytics is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or project management, with 3 to 10 years of experience managing complex projects, ideally around AI and Data Science.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring that our clients' objectives are met and that our technical teams are aligned and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership: Take full ownership of AI and data science projects, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of data scientists, developers, and other technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the client's expectations.

Qualifications Client Focus: A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in project management, ideally within a consulting firm, with a proven track record of successfully managing AI, data science, or technical projects.

Educational Background: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients.

Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting environment, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact projects.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.
