À propos de nous
Nous sommes une agence éducative basée à Casablanca (Stairway) qui accompagne les étudiants marocains dans leurs candidatures aux universités internationales anglophones. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour renforcer nos actions de relance et d'engagement auprès de prospects.
Profil recherché
- Excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit (communication avec parents et élèves).
- Bon niveau d'anglais (communication interne avec l'équipe).
- À l'aise au téléphone, doté(e) d'excellentes compétences en communication.
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et fiable.
- Connaissances de base en Google Sheets.
- Obligation de disposer d'un bon ordinateur (le travail sur smartphone n'est pas accepté).
- Bonne connexion internet.
- Disponible à temps plein.
Missions
- Effectuer des appels téléphoniques quotidiens auprès des prospects et parents à partir de listes fournies.
- Suivre un script d'appel afin d'assurer une communication claire et professionnelle.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les informations dans Google Sheets.
- Transmettre un reporting régulier des résultats à l'équipe.
Conditions de travail
- Horaires : lundi au vendredi, de 13h à 22h.
- Le stage est principalement en télétravail.
- Toutefois, vous devez vous rendre au bureau (Quartier Gauthier, Casablanca) si l'entreprise le demande, dans la limite de 2 fois par semaine maximum.
