About the Company

Our client, a leading recruitment solutions provider, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales of their innovative jobs board and recruitment advertising services. With a strong reputation in the Irish market, they offer employers cost-effective ways to connect with top talent through digital channels and career events.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in generating new business and growing client relationships. You will be responsible for selling jobs board packages and recruitment solutions to HR teams, recruiters, and business leaders across Ireland.

This position requires excellent English communication skills and confidence in using digital tools, including software for international calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sell jobs board and recruitment advertising solutions to clients across multiple sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Deliver online presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally in recruitment, SaaS, HR tech, or digital advertising.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with international calling software and online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, VoIP).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Irish recruitment or HR market is desirable but not essential.
