Nous investissons dans des projets audacieux portés par des entrepreneurs visionnaires, avec une attention particulière à la durabilité, à l'innovation et à la transformation digitale des économies locales.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Associate Investissement pour renforcer notre équipe.

Vos missions :

Vous interviendrez sur toutes les étapes du cycle d'investissement :

1. Sourcing & veille

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'investissement à travers des écosystèmes startups, incubateurs, événements et réseaux d'affaires,
  • Réaliser une veille sectorielle et technologique sur nos verticales stratégiques.

2. Analyse & structuration

  • Étudier les dossiers d'investissement (pitch deck, BP, modélisation financière, étude de marché),
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des notes d'investissement et à la préparation des comités,
  • Participer aux négociations des term sheets et à la structuration juridique.

3. Due diligence

  • Coordonner les audits externes (financiers, juridiques, techniques),
  • Identifier les risques clés et formuler des recommandations.

4. Suivi du portefeuille

  • Participer aux comités de suivi des participations,
  • Analyser les KPIs, contribuer à la stratégie de création de valeur post-investissement,

  • Préparer les reporting internes et à destination des investisseurs.

  • Support stratégique

  • Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie du fonds,

  • Participer à la préparation des présentations aux LPs ou aux organes de gouvernance.

Profil recherché :

Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou d'une formation universitaire de haut niveau (Bac+5).

Une première expérience (3-5 ans) en capital risque, M&A, audit transactionnel, conseil en stratégie ou startup.

Forte sensibilité aux écosystèmes d'innovation, à l'entrepreneuriat et aux enjeux africains.

Maîtrise de l'analyse financière et goût pour les environnements dynamiques.

Esprit analytique, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Anglais courant, le français est un plus.
