On recrute : HR GENERALIST - Spécialisé(e) en Administration RH (H/F)

Localisation : Casablanca - Sidi maarouf

Type de contrat : CDI

Disponibilité : Dès que possible

Expérience : 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction RH ( stages inclus )

Missions :

  • Gérer les dossiers administratifs du personnel.

  • Assurer le relais d'informations entre les différents services de l'entreprise et la DRH.

  • Assurer la gestion du pointage de tous les collaborateurs.

  • Suivre au quotidien la présence des collaborateurs.

  • Recevoir, checker et contrôler les dossiers maladie.

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle en amont de l'Accident de Travail.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac +3/4 en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent

  • Débutant / ou avec expérience en gestion RH

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, SIRH…)

  • Sens de la confidentialité, rigueur, organisation, et esprit d'équipe
