Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que HR Generalist et contribuez activement au développement du capital humain de notre organisation.

Vos missions principales :

  • Gérer le recrutement de bout en bout : sélection, entretiens, contractualisation et intégration.
  • Déployer le plan de formation et accompagner le développement des compétences.
  • Suivre les campagnes d'évaluation annuelle et accompagner les talents.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative (paie, congés, relations avec l'inspection du travail, CNSS, etc.).
  • Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans l'application des politiques RH.
  • Produire et analyser les KPI RH de votre périmètre.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+5 en Gestion ou Ressources Humaines.
  • Première expérience réussie (3 à 5 ans) en gestion RH.
  • Maîtrise du droit du travail et sens des relations sociales.
  • Esprit analytique, capacité d'adaptation et excellent relationnel.
