Xpertize Africa is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for an
experienced recruiter with 3+ years of expertise in high-volume hiring

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for high-volume roles across multiple sectors
  • Identify, source, and attract top talent through innovative sourcing strategies
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results under tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in high-volume recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player
