Job Description

Madar Agency is a storytelling-driven creative agency working with brands in Morocco, the UAE, and internationally. We create authentic, high-performing content that connects emotionally and delivers real impact.

We are currently looking for
UGC Content Creators (female & male)
to participate in the shooting of multiple content projects across different industries. The content will be used for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and paid advertising.

Shooting will take place on-site and in outdoor locations
, depending on the project requirements.

This role is ideal for creators who are comfortable on camera and able to deliver natural, engaging, and authentic performances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-site and outdoor video shoots for different brand projects
  • Create short-form UGC-style videos (talking to camera, lifestyle shots, reactions, demonstrations, etc.)
  • Follow creative direction, scripts, or key talking points provided by the team
  • Deliver natural, expressive, and authentic on-camera performances
  • Adapt tone, style, and energy depending on the brand and project

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic (Darija & Standard), French, and English
  • Female and male profiles based in Morocco
  • Comfortable speaking on camera
  • Confident, natural, and expressive presence
  • Ability to follow direction and adapt quickly on set
  • Availability for on-site and outdoor shooting days
  • Previous experience in UGC, content creation, or social media is a plus

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience creating content for Instagram or TikTok
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Arabic, French, English)
  • Previous collaboration with brands or agencies
