OFFRE D'EMPLOI – PROPERTY MANAGER (Appart'Hôtel – Rabat)

Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Property Manager expérimenté(e) pour la gestion quotidienne d'un appart'hôtel situé à Rabat. Vous serez responsable du bon fonctionnement de l'établissement, de la satisfaction client et de l'optimisation des performances opérationnelles et financières.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne (accueil, réservations, check-in / check-out).
  • Suivi et supervision du personnel (réception, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Contrôle de la qualité des services et respect des standards de l'établissement.
  • Gestion des canaux de réservation (OTA, Airbnb, , etc.) et optimisation du taux d'occupation.
  • Suivi administratif et financier : reporting, gestion des dépenses et optimisation de la rentabilité.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients.
  • Gestion des prestataires externes (maintenance, blanchisserie, sécurité).

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3 ou plus en gestion hôtelière, management, tourisme ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire (hôtellerie, appart'hôtel, property management).
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (oral & écrit).
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion hôtelière et plateformes de réservation en ligne.
  • Sens de l'organisation, leadership et capacité à résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
  • Grande disponibilité et sens du service client.
