Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (aligned with Canadian business hours)

Contract Type:
CDI (with growth opportunities)

  1. Property Management Operations CoordinatorYour Role:

  2. Manage tenant communication (calls, emails, SMS) with professionalism.

  3. Coordinate rental operations: listings, visits, lease agreements.
  4. Support administrative tasks: rent collection reminders, maintenance coordination.
  5. Ensure smooth collaboration with international clients.

  6. Support strategic growth and recruitment as the company scales.

Who We're Looking For

  • For Coordinator role: motivated candidates with strong communication skills (English & French). Prior customer support/admin experience is a plus.
  • For General Manager role: experienced professionals (4–5+ years in management/operations), with leadership skills and client-facing experience.
