Nous sommes a la recherche d un
IT Manager
expérimenté et passionné afin de garantir la performance et la sécurité de l'ensemble de nos systèmes d'information.
Missions principales :
- Assurer la gestion et la maintenance du parc informatique, des serveurs et des réseaux.
- Superviser et garantir la disponibilité des systèmes hôteliers (PMS, POS, back office, solutions Wi-Fi, sécurité, etc.).
- Mettre en place et suivre les politiques de cybersécurité et de sauvegarde.
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires et fournisseurs IT.
- Former et assister les équipes internes dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques.
- Contribuer aux projets de digitalisation et d'innovation technologique de l'hôtel.
Profil recherché :
- Bac+4/5 en Informatique, Systèmes d'information ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie de luxe.
- Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, réseaux LAN/WAN, cybersécurité, solutions Cloud.
- Connaissance des logiciels hôteliers (Opera PMS, Micros POS, etc.) fortement appréciée.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Sens du service et discrétion, en accord avec les standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
