Position Overview

Cleverlytics is seeking an experienced Industrial Solutions Lead to join our team.

The Industrial Solutions Lead will acts as a key interface between industrial clients and internal AI, data, and engineering teams.

The role focuses on understanding clients' industrial processes, and operational constraints, and translating them into AI-driven, data-based, and modeling solutions.

This position requires a strong engineering background, hands-on industrial process understanding, and the ability to identify operational difficulties and propose optimal, data driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Process Understanding & Diagnosis :

• Meet with industrial clients (mining, manufacturing...) to understand their operational processes.

• Analyze production workflows, constraints, and performance.

• Identify operational pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

AI, Data & Modeling Solutions

• Translate industrial challenges into AI, machine learning, data analytics, or modeling use cases.

• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to design relevant and feasible solutions.

• Contribute to use cases such as:

• Process optimization

• Quality and yield optimization

• Anomaly detection and monitoring

• Project Leadership

• Lead industrial AI projects from discovery and framing to implementation and deployment.

• Define functional requirements, KPIs, and success criteria.

• Ensure alignment between industrial reality and technical solution design.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a translator between industrial stakeholders and technical teams.

• Support solution design workshops, technical discussions, and client presentations.

• Assist in pre-sales and proposal phases by framing industrial problems and AI approaches.

Continuous Improvement & Value Creation

• Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable operational impact.

• Monitor performance and recommend adjustments based on real operational feedback.

• Promote best practices in industrial digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Engineering degree from an engineering school

Experience

• 5–7+ years
  of experience in industrial operations, process engineering, or machine-based environments.
• Strong exposure to industrial machinery, production processes, or heavy industry operations.
• Experience working on optimization, improvement, or transformation projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to understand how machines and industrial processes work.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-structuring skills.
• Ability to translate operational difficulties into data-driven and AI-based solutions.
• Solid project management and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working with data, models, and technical teams (without needing to code).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI / machine learning / advanced analytics projects.
• Knowledge of simulation, modeling, or optimization techniques.
• Experience in consulting, industrial digitalization, or innovation projects.
