Dans le cadre de notre croissance rapide et de nos projets stratégiques en IA et data, nous recrutons un Lead Data Scientist & Solution Architect capable de piloter les projets techniques, imaginer des solutions disruptives et accompagner notre équipe vers l'excellence.

Missions principales1. Analyse & Traitement des Données

  • Collecte, nettoyage et structuration de données hétérogènes
  • Exploration de données et identification d'insights métier
  • Réalisation d'études statistiques pour valider les modèles

2. Développement d'Algorithmes IA

  • Conception et optimisation de modèles d'apprentissage automatique et deep learning
  • Intégration des modèles dans les systèmes existants via des architectures robustes
  • Collaboration avec les équipes IT pour la maintenance et l'évolution des solutions IA

3. Collaboration Transverse

  • Travail avec les équipes métier pour comprendre leurs enjeux
  • Participation à des workshops pour valider les prototypes IA
  • Formation des collaborateurs à l'interprétation et l'exploitation des résultats

4. Innovation Technologique

  • Recherche de nouvelles approches IA pour améliorer les processus internes
  • Veille, test et expérimentation d'outils open source et solutions propriétaires

Rôle stratégique & architecture

  • Concevoir et architecturer des solutions innovantes soutenant les produits et services clés de l'entreprise
  • Mener des activités continues de R&D : exploration de nouvelles technologies, optimisation des systèmes existants, identification d'opportunités IA
  • Imaginer, prototyper et valider de nouveaux concepts de produits ou d'outils internes
  • Développer ou encadrer le développement, l'intégration et le déploiement des solutions
  • Piloter et manager l'équipe technique : qualité du code, méthodologie, respect des délais, montée en compétence
  • Contribuer activement à la vision technique et stratégique de afin d'aligner chaque solution avec les objectifs globaux de l'organisation
  • Profil recherché
  • Bac+5 / Master / Ingénieur en Data Science, IA, Informatique ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MLOps, Data Engineering
  • Maîtrise des environnements IA : Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP, LLMs, Vision, etc.
  • Connaissance solide en architectures cloud
  • Capacité à encadrer une équipe et à piloter des projets complexes
  • Forte curiosité technologique, autonomie et esprit d'innovation
