Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, updates, and performance of our website
  • Ensure flawless execution of website updates, enhancements, and new content deployments, maintaining a focus on site stability, speed, and performance
  • Lead ongoing optimization initiatives, including page speed improvements, caching strategy, media optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Manage and configure redirects, URL structure changes, and ongoing site hygiene to maintain SEO integrity and prevent broken links
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and site enhancements
  • End-to-end management of offshore web support agency, including project prioritization, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of website updates and enhancements
  • Support localization efforts with WPML, ensuring translation workflows are seamless and that localized content is delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor site analytics and core vitals to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and technical errors
  • Lead M&A support and website migration projects, including content migration, redirect strategies, and decommissioning, while maintaining SEO continuity and minimal disruption
  • Stay current on industry trends, security updates, and platform improvements to recommend and implement enhancements
  • Document processes, develop website best practice guidelines, and train internal stakeholders on CMS usage where needed

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:
    • WordPress website management
    • Pantheon hosting environments
    • WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin) for multi-language site management
  • Strong experience with website redirection management, URL structure optimization, and site migration
  • Proven track record of executing technical SEO strategies, including schema, metadata optimization, crawl management, and site health monitoring
  • Deep understanding of website performance optimization, including caching, CDN configuration, image compression, and script minimization
  • Experience leading M&A-related website migrations and sunset projects
  • Proven experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other monitoring tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global B2B environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • SEMrush experience for SEO analysis and competitive insights
  • Experience working with Marketo and Salesforce CRM
