We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Senior ITAM Support Vulnerability management


The Cyberdefense team is carrying out a critical program to improve the monitoring of the attack surface (scope of IT assets that may be subject to cyber threats) and the vulnerability management process.

The IT asset data is globally managed through a CMDB tool (ServiceNow) between Entities and Group products. Data governance and data quality monitoring of IT assets are managed through IT asset communities organized per IT asset domains (servers, applications, network, workstations…).

Key stakeholders

  • Cyberdefense

  • IT Asset Management (ITAM) team: product manager and server and workplace communities' managers

  • Group Security Office in charge of global data quality monitoring

  • Asia and internal markets (fronting the entities)

Objectives

  • Improve the data quality of servers and workstations used for vulnerability management, both in terms of inventory completeness and data completeness (starting with servers and workstations)

  • Support the onboarding of medium and small entities into ITAM

  • Ensure that data quality monitoring related to vulnerability management is followed up at the appropriate level within Group and Entities, both at operational and executive levels, between IT and Security teams

Activities

  • Follow up data quality remediation on server and workstation inventories: support Group and Entities to clean up data quality issues and support the creation of data incidents in the CMDB tool

  • Support small entities onboarding: coordinate the ITAM rollout across missing markets (international markets, LATAM, Africa)

  • Design the target IT/Security governance for data quality monitoring related to vulnerability management


Profile required

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, IT Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT / Cybersecurity / ITAM Consultant or in a similar role.

Skills & Expertise

  • Languages: Fluent French is mandatory; good command of English is required (professional/technical level).

  • Strong project management skills (action log management, dependency analysis, coordination).

  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and IT asset management processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with IT, Security, and business teams.

  • Results-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
