About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content and marketing team in Agadir. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual storytelling and experience producing engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll be responsible for sourcing clips, structuring narratives, and editing voiceovers into compelling, polished videos that reflect our brand tone and message.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and curate relevant footage and visual assets to match scripts or creative briefs.
  • Edit short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit long-form content including interviews, case studies, and branded video features.
  • Write or refine scripts and structure clear storylines for each project.
  • Edit and align voiceovers, music, and sound effects with visuals.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, and brand elements for consistency and engagement.
  • Optimise videos for each platform and ensure quality delivery on deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with both short-form and long-form video editing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop.
  • Strong storytelling, pacing, and attention to visual detail.
  • Ability to script, storyboard, and follow creative direction.
  • Understanding of current trends across social media and digital platforms.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Agadir and available to work from the office full-time.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic motion graphics or subtitle animation skills.
  • Experience editing interviews, podcasts, or documentary-style videos.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or branded content production.
