Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing/EMS). The role involves generating and nurturing relationships with clients to drive sales of electronics manufacturing services, particularly in PCB and cable assembly. Responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, crafting tailored solutions, preparing proposals and quotes, and contributing to the development of robust sales engineering strategies. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver innovative product solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Experience in providing Technical Support; ability to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Background in Sales, with knowledge of the electronics manufacturing or engineering services industry
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Engineering or technical degree preferred; experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS-specific roles is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in technical tools such as SolidWorks or Altium is a plus
