Connaissances métiers :

  • Produits d'assurance vie : Term, Endowment, Annuities, ULIPs

  • Cycle de vie des contrats : nouvelle souscription, underwriting, gestion, sinistres

  • Réglementations IRDAI, AML/KYC, confidentialité des données

  • Concepts actuariels de base (mortalité, calcul des primes)

Compétences fonctionnelles et techniques :

  • Recueil des besoins, rédaction BRD/FRD, user stories

  • Cartographie des processus (BPMN, UML), conception de workflows

  • SQL, validation des données, support aux tests systèmes

  • Connaissance des plateformes d'assurance (Life/Asia, Integral, Life/400, etc.)

Outils et méthodes :

  • Excel, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps

  • Méthodologies Agile / Scrum

  • Connaissance des systèmes d'administration de polices, BPM ou outils RPA (optionnel)

Compétences comportementales :

  • Excellente communication et gestion des parties prenantes

  • Esprit analytique, adaptabilité

  • Résolution de problèmes en environnement transversal

Certifications (souhaitées) :

  • LOMA (FLMI, ARA, ACS)
