We are looking for a
seasoned Tech Lead .NET
to join our engineering team and take a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of developers (.NET, Angular, mobile, backend).
  • Design and validate software architecture across web, API, and backend layers.
  • Supervise the implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Ensure best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, versioning, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the client's technical and business teams in
    English
    to define requirements and align deliverables.
  • Participate in project planning, task estimation, and sprint reviews.
  • Conduct code reviews and guide the adoption of modern frameworks and tools.
  • Support deployment and performance optimization (on-premise or cloud environments).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core
    , C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Proven background in
    software architecture
    and design patterns (microservices, layered architecture, etc.).
  • Exposure to
    front-end frameworks
    (Angular, React, or Blazor).
  • Experience with
    REST APIs
    , asynchronous processing, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps practices
    (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline).
  • Cloud experience (
    Azure
    ,
    AWS
    , or hybrid environments).
  • Excellent communication skills and
    fluency in English
    (spoken and written).
  • Leadership, autonomy, and ability to work in an
    international, agile environment
    .
