Nous recherchons un Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist pour développer et gérer nos partenariats stratégiques avec les affiliés et les influenceurs. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la mise en place de collaborations performantes visant à accroître la notoriété de la marque, stimuler les ventes et renforcer l'engagement de notre communauté.

Missions principales :

  • Identifier, recruter et gérer les partenaires affiliés et influenceurs.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'affiliation et d'influence marketing.
  • Négocier les conditions de collaboration et suivre les contrats.
  • Coordonner la création et la diffusion de contenus avec les influenceurs.
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes (ROI, engagement, ventes).
  • Assurer un reporting régulier et proposer des optimisations.
  • Veiller à la cohérence des partenariats avec l'image et les valeurs de la marque.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3 / Bac+5 en marketing, communication digitale ou équivalent.
  • Expérience réussie dans l'affiliation et/ou le marketing d'influence.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils et plateformes de gestion d'affiliation et des réseaux sociaux.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de négociation.
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à mesurer la performance.
  • Créativité et forte sensibilité aux tendances digitales.
