Backed by a startup studio and early investors, our MVP is under development and we're now looking for a CEO & Cofounder to lead Nyance into its go-to-market phase and beyond.

Mission

We're seeking a visionary and execution-driven
CEO
to co-lead Nyance. You'll define and implement the strategic roadmap, shape product-market fit, recruit the initial team, and lead go-to-market and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own company strategy, growth, and market expansion
  • Drive go-to-market and customer acquisition
  • Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
  • Assemble and manage a high-performance team
  • Align product, tech, and regulatory priorities for scale

Requirements

  • 5+ years in leadership roles within fintech, investing, or startups
  • Deep understanding of retail investing, finance, or ethical/impact products
  • Familiarity with AI/automation as product leverage is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in launching or scaling early-stage ventures


• Excellent communication, execution, and team-building skills
