Missions :

  • Publier et gérer les offres d'emploi sur diverses plateformes de recrutement.
  • Sourcer, présélectionner et interviewer des candidats pour différents postes.
  • Coordonner le processus de recrutement avec le siège à Dubaï et les managers locaux.
  • Maintenir à jour les bases de données de candidats et le système ATS.
  • Assurer la conformité avec la législation marocaine du travail et les standards de recrutement.
  • Participer aux salons de l'emploi et événements de recrutement.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de recrutement et à l'expérience candidat.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les candidats potentiels et les anciens postulants.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme Bac+3 ou plus en Ressources Humaines, Administration ou discipline similaire.
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en recrutement international ou poste RH.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Compétences solides en sourcing, présélection, entretiens et gestion complète du processus de recrutement.
  • Connaissance des lois et régulations du travail marocain.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Expérience dans le recrutement international ou le staffing est un plus.
  • Poste basé à Casablanca, entièrement présentiel.
