We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will provide strategic insights, manage budgets and forecasts, and support senior management decision-making through accurate financial data and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards
  • Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and advisors
  • Monitor expenses, cost control, and overall profitability
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the finance and accounting team
  • Support senior management with strategic and operational decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including managerial experience
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry, with exposure to construction materials and related machinery
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience managing multi-entity or international financial operations
