Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Engineer based in Rabat. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide technical solutions and support, managing sales accounts, spec in activities and assisting with the planning and implementation of sales strategies. The role includes both in-person client interactions and the flexibility to work from the office as well if needed. Daily tasks involve meeting customers, understanding their needs, providing technical presentations and support, and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, with Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.

  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.

  • Fluency in French, English is a +

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
