Artelia Morocco is a major player in the field of project management and project management in the construction sector. Artelia Morocco's building is involved in a wide variety of projects: industrial, tertiary, residential, health buildings, data centers, public and functional facilities, with an experienced and committed team.

Our organization brings together qualified collaborators, involved in technical design, project management, OPC, project management, site coordination, and global project management.

Your missions

Within the Artelia Morocco building, as Director of Operations, you will be responsible for project management of ongoing operations. You will be responsible for the proper execution of the missions in compliance with contractual, technical and financial commitments, by ensuring coordination between the various stakeholders.

You will be the privileged operational interlocutor for customers and manage projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will also supervise and set up the project teams.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Ensure the role of project manager on all projects entrusted to you, guaranteeing the coherence and overall success of operations.
  • Manage the execution of missions while respecting the requirements of quality, cost, time, safety and environment.
  • Actively monitor the progress of projects, analyze gaps, anticipate risks and define appropriate corrective measures.
  • Be the main contact for customers on operational aspects, manage customer satisfaction and any sensitive situations or conflicts.
  • Prepare the management supports: monitoring meetings, committees, dashboards, regular reporting by the management of the department and the general management.
  • Supervise, motivate and support the project teams, participate in recruitment and ensure an optimal distribution of resources according to priorities and skills.
  • Implement and develop operational management tools and processes in order to continuously improve the performance and quality of services.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 diploma (engineer or equivalent) with at least 10 years' experience in building project management, ideally in project management, project management or project management.
  • Confirmed experience in operational management and management of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor and sense of planning.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage risks, sense of pragmatism and responsiveness.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, ability to federate teams and maintain relationships of trust with customers and partners.
  • Ability to use project monitoring tools and performance indicators.
  • Team spirit, curiosity, ability to take a step back and sense of sharing.
