Dans le cadre de son développement, BANK OF AFRICA recrute un(e) Project Manager Digital Payment experimenté(e)
Champ d'action et principales responsabilités:
• Assurer l'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage sur des projets digitaux liés
aux solutions de paiement(Wallet, paiement mobile, tokénisation, service sur carte, carte virtuelle, Api paiement...)
• Participer aux phases de cadrage : recueil des besoins, animation d'ateliers
métier, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles.
• Assurer le suivi du projet : coordination des parties prenantes, suivi des
développements, validation des livrables.
• Contribuer à la conduite du changement : accompagnement des utilisateurs,
formation et mise en place de nouveaux processus.
• Participer aux phases de recette et garantir la qualité des livrables avant
mise en production.
Qualifications requises:
Bonne connaissance des enjeux digitaux du Cash Management.
Maîtrise des méthodes Agile et expérience avérée dans ce cadre.
Expertise dans le paiement digital et apéisation.
