Project Manager Junior

En tant que Project Manager Junior, vous contribuerez au suivi des projets et à la fluidité des échanges entre les équipes pour garantir une organisation optimale.

Responsabilités

  • Assister à la coordination quotidienne entre les équipes Sales et Operations.
  • Participer à la planification et au suivi des projets internes.
  • Contribuer à la préparation de rapports, tableaux de bord et KPIs.
  • Identifier les points de blocage et les remonter au manager.
  • Aider à organiser les réunions et assurer le suivi des actions.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+2/Bac+3 en gestion de projet, management, commerce ou équivalent.
  • Première expérience en coordination ou gestion de projet (stage/alternance) appréciée.
  • Curiosité, sens de l'organisation et volonté d'apprendre.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler en équipe.
  • Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et de gestion (Excel, Trello, Notion…).
