  • You have strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • You are comfortable speaking on the phone and enjoy helping or convincing people.
  • You have previous experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferred but not required).
  • You can adapt to different projects such as cold calling, demo scheduling, or client follow-ups.
