A growing team is looking to hire a female Sales Executive to work remotely. This position suits someone who is confident on calls, enjoys client interaction, and is motivated by results. The role offers a fixed base salary plus a strong commission structure- higher performance means higher earnings.

YOUR ROLE

  • Communicate with clients via calls, messages, and online chats
  • Guide leads from initial contact through to final agreement
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
  • Log activity, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in remote or online sales roles
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms
  • Confidence in closing and objection handling
  • Ability to work independently, stay organised, and meet targets
