Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Monitor performance and obligations of all parties involved.
Mitigate risks and resolve contract-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations) to support business needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with contract management software/tools is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
