Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrakesh for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing the Food & Beverage (F&B) department. Other responsibilities include leading, hiring, and training team members, creating staff schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the team to improve efficiencies and customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Proficiency in overseeing Hiring and team management processes
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
