About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Internal Communication Specialist
to join our team in Salé - Bouknadel. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our internal communication strategy—ensuring our employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's vision. You will manage and enhance our communication channels, lead key internal projects, and foster a strong sense of community across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the company internal communication channels & tools.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, announcements, and campaigns.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership & different departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in
    Internal Communications
    and
    Project Management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of intranet management and internal communication platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience:
    1+ year in a similar role (corporate or agency experience is a plus).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
