We Are Morocco Travel, one of Morocco's leading Destination Management Companies (DMC), is seeking a
General Manager
to join our growing team in Marrakech.

We design and operate tailor-made luxury travel experiences across Morocco, from the dunes of Merzouga to the gardens of Marrakech, for some of the world's most discerning travelers and top global travel advisors.

We are now looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate professional who will lead our operations and inspire our team to continue delivering excellence every day.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our DMC activities (FITs, groups, events, incentives).
  • Ensure precision and efficiency across all departments: operations, logistics, finance, and client services.
  • Manage budgets, cost sheets, and supplier contracts with strong financial acumen.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with global travel partners, hotels, and suppliers.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team, creating a positive, collaborative, and inspiring environment.
  • Anticipate challenges, find creative solutions, and maintain the brand's reputation for punctuality, reliability, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the DMC or luxury travel industry.
  • Proven leadership and team-management experience.
  • Strong understanding of operations, logistics, and numbers (budget control, pricing, profitability).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating great vibes and motivating teams.
  • Fluent in English and French (Arabic or Spanish is a plus).
  • Highly organized, punctual, and committed to delivering the best in every detail.
