Job Description

We're looking for a Travel Operations Agent to join our Tangier office and help us deliver smooth and reliable travel experiences.

In this role, you'll handle reservations, communicate with agencies and suppliers, and make sure every booking runs perfectly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Check availability and confirm services promptly
  • Update client files and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with partners and customers

Requirements

  • Experience in travel operations or a related role
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Comfortable using French and/or English at work
  • Proficient with office tools or travel booking systems
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Amadeus or similar GDS tools
  • Experience working with online travel agencies (OTAs)
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, etc.)
