Responsabilités :

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale du département Project Management.
  • Superviser l'ensemble du portefeuille projets : priorisation, allocation des ressources, planification et arbitrage.
  • Assurer le management et l'accompagnement d'une équipe de chefs de projets.
  • Garantir la bonne exécution des projets stratégiques : qualité, délais, conformité réglementaire et rentabilité.
  • Veiller à l'harmonisation des méthodes, outils et processus de gestion de projets au sein du département.
  • Valider les plans projets, cahiers des charges, livrables techniques et budgets.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les directions internes, les partenaires stratégiques et les clients clés.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI), analyser les écarts et proposer des plans d'action.
  • Contribuer à l'innovation en proposant des améliorations organisationnelles, techniques et opérationnelles.
  • Participer aux phases d'avant-vente : analyse des besoins, propositions technico-commerciales, soutien aux équipes commerciales.
  • Superviser la lecture, l'analyse et la validation des plans d'architecte et des études techniques.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac+5 en Génie Biomédical, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe.

  • Expérience : Expérience significative (5 ans minimum) en gestion de projets.

  • Excellente maîtrise des normes et réglementations biomédicales.

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets (GANTT, PM tools), AUTOCAD et méthodes de pilotage.

  • Sens aigu des priorités et vision stratégique.

  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de négociation.

  • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.
