Tasks
Order Management:
Handle end-to-end supplier orders (DACDE & GALIA): creation, follow-up, monitoring deliveries, resolving backorders and delays.
Negotiate delivery dates and quantities with suppliers to match planning and production needs.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for suppliers: full autonomy by phone or email.
- Conduct regular meetings and maintain alignment across procurement, warehouses, marketing, and other internal teams.
Manage disputes with suppliers (quantity discrepancies, delays, etc.).
Standards & Tools Compliance:
Ensure application of procurement standards and internal processes.
- Use procurement tools like SAP, SPEED, GREEN (for order visibility, data integration, and cancellation handling).
Clean and maintain procurement data during supplier transitions or portfolio updates.
Strategic Procurement Support:
Coordinate range extensions and supplier switches by comparing, validating, and aligning supplier portfolios with internal systems.
- Manage portfolio updates and prepare order lists for new or switched suppliers.
Profil
- Education: Master's degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement, supply chain, or supplier operations.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation with suppliers.
- Excellent command of procurement/logistics tools (e.g., SAP).
- Comfortable with data management and cross-functional collaboration.
