AIT TECH ECO SYSTEMS est une holding entrepreneuriale en pleine expansion, spécialisée dans le développement de marques et d'activités dans les secteurs de l'énergie, de la tech, du digital et des services externalisés.
Dans le cadre de notre développement commercial, nous recrutons un(e) Sales Development Representative pour prospecter le marché français B2B et B2C dans le domaine de la rénovation énergétique.
Missions principales
Depuis nos bureaux à Casablanca (quartier Maârif), vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Contacter par téléphone des prospects français (appels sortants fournis)
- Qualifier les besoins des professionnels et particuliers
- Présenter nos offres dans le domaine de l'efficacité énergétique (isolation, solaire, etc.)
- Obtenir des rendez-vous qualifiés pour les équipes commerciales en France
- Renseigner les échanges dans le CRM et assurer un reporting précis
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des scripts et du process commercial
Profil recherché
- Français natif ou excellent niveau à l'oral exigé
- Expérience souhaitée en téléprospection, centre d'appel, ou SDR (B2B ou B2C)
- Très bon relationnel, persuasif(ve), à l'aise au téléphone
- À l'aise avec les outils numériques (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Bonne culture des enjeux énergétiques ou envie d'apprendre rapidement
